Rudra Ecovation Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Rudra Ecovation Ltd (Formerly Known as Himachal Fibres Limited) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is as per the 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons' of the company, and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
