The total volume of the order is approximately 7,42,500 lbs (3,36,819.75 Kgs), and the total order value is USD 10,17,000 (US Dollars One Million Seventeen Thousand only), equivalent to INR 8,68,11,120 (Indian Rupees Eight Crores Sixty-Eight Lakhs Eleven Thousand One Hundred Twenty only) as per the exchange rate dated 2nd June 2025. Deliveries are scheduled for 2,500 cases every two weeks, covering all 48 lower states of the USA. This order is facilitated through their associate US entity, Himalaya International Inc. DBA Global Food, which is not earning any commercial margin or profit on this transaction. This contract marks the beginning of a long-term relationship with a major food service distributor and is expected to significantly contribute to their revenues and production capacity utilization for Brown Patties.
