Himalaya Food International Ltd. has entered into a Five-Year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Food Processor Cooperative of the United States. This strategic partnership aims to produce a breakfast range of frozen food products specifically tailored for the food service segment in the U.S. market. This move is a significant step towards reviving the company's US business that was affected by a fire in May 2022.
