Himatsingka Seide Allots ₹34 Cr NCDs

Himatsingka Seide Ltd has allotted 34,000 Senior, Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) Series 1 Tranche 1, amounting to ₹34 crore. The allotment, which includes a green shoe option of 4,000 NCDs, was made on September 30, 2026, via private placement. These NCDs have a face value of ₹10,000 each, a tenure of 42 months, and an interest rate of 11.50% per annum, payable quarterly. Principal repayment will occur in three installments at 30, 36, and 42 months from the allotment date. The NCDs are listed on BSE Limited. This issuance is a private placement to eligible investors.
