Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window

Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 for Designated/connected persons of the Company. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026 will be informed separately.
