Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd. to Acquire Aluminium Grills, Doors, and Windows Business of Nirav Commercials Ltd. for INR 1.25 Crores

Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd. has approved the proposal to acquire the business of manufacturing and selling of aluminium grills, doors and windows under the brand name ‘Elesar Focchi’ of Nirav Commercials Ltd. for a lumpsum consideration of INR 1.25 Crores. The acquisition is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Nirav Commercials Ltd. is a related party with a common promoter/promoter group, and the transaction is undertaken at arm's length. The acquisition aligns with Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd.'s growth strategy and will enable the company to achieve its strategic and commercial objectives.
