HIND RECTIFIERS LTD. has announced the approval of the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary company focused on developing cutting-edge products and solutions in Information Technology (IT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Web3, and varied software. The Board of Directors made this decision during their meeting held on the date of the announcement. The company will provide necessary details upon the formation of the new company as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024. Furthermore, the Board considered and approved the draft Postal Ballot Notice to seek the approval of the Members by providing a facility to vote by electronic means. The notice of the Postal Ballot, including other related information as required pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations will be published and communicated in due course.
