Hind Rectifiers Ltd to Sell Non-Operational Manufacturing Facility in Dehradun for Rs. 9.50 Crore

Hind Rectifiers Ltd has approved the sale of its non-operational manufacturing facility located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The plant, which was established in 2008, has been non-operational since July 2023 due to product obsolescence. The facility currently holds no operational equipment and the sale is expected to be completed by 30 April 2026. The indicative sale value of the property is estimated to be in the range of Rs. 8.50 crore to Rs. 9.50 crore, with the agreement for the sale executed on 04 December 2025 at a price of Rs. 9.50 crore. The sale of this property does not constitute as an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company.
