Hind Rectifiers Sets Aug 4 Record Date for ₹1.40 Dividend

Hind Rectifiers Ltd has announced August 4, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to a final dividend of ₹1.40 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend, recommended by the Board of Directors on May 16, 2026, is subject to approval by the members at the 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 11, 2026. If approved, the dividend will be paid within a week of the AGM to eligible shareholders whose names appear on the company's register or beneficial owners' register as of the record date.
