Hindalco Industries: Kailash Pandey elevated as CEO - Aluminium Upstream

Hindalco Industries Ltd announced a change in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with immediate effect. Mr. Kailash Pandey has been elevated to the role of 'CEO - Aluminium Upstream'. He currently serves as 'Head - Mining and Sambalpur Cluster' and brings over 30 years of experience in operations and project execution. Mr. Pandey joined the company in 1995 and has progressed through various roles, significantly contributing to operational excellence and business performance. Concurrently, Mr. Sameer Nayak has ceased to be an SMP due to a change in the organization structure and reporting.
