Hindalco Industries Ltd Completes Acquisition of EMIL Mines And Mineral Resources

Hindalco Industries Ltd has completed the acquisition of 100% equity stake in EMIL Mines And Mineral Resources (EMMRL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Essel Mining & Industries Limited. The acquisition was made through Hindalco Industries Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, EMMRL. The transaction was completed on December 1, 2025, making EMMRL a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindalco Industries Ltd. The details of the transaction were previously submitted in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024. The transaction terms and conditions remain unchanged.
