Hindoostan Mills Ltd. has decided to sell the entire machinery of its textile unit at a floor price of Rs. 15 crores. The net block of the machinery is worth Rs. 5.65 crores. The company's Board of Directors has granted authority to the finance committee to proceed with the sale, subject to shareholders' approval. The textile unit's turnover was Rs. 1713.27 lacs, contributing 52.60% to the total turnover of Rs. 3256.58 lacs during the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The textile unit's net worth was Rs. 2839.42 lacs, and it contributed 60.34% to the net worth during the same period.
