The Board of Directors of Hindustan Adhesives Ltd met on 14th February 2026 to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The meeting commenced at 2.00 P.M. and concluded at 5.00 P.M. The financial results were reviewed by Salarpuria & Partners Chartered Accountants, who expressed a conclusion without any material adjustment, except for the differences in inventory value and the Company's investment in its subsidiary. The Fixed Asset Register is under updation as represented by the management.
