Hindustan Adhesives re-appoints Internal and Cost Auditors for FY27

Hindustan Adhesives Ltd announced the re-appointment of M/s SJC & Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s JSN & CO. as Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 14, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. Both firms have significant experience in their respective fields. The re-appointments are in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations.
