Hindustan Agrigenetics Ltd. Appoints Sursh Srinivasan as Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Agrigenetics Ltd. has approved the appointment of Sursh Srinivasan as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the company. The appointment, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, will be effective from 16th March 2026. Srinivasan, a finance professional with extensive experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and corporate compliance, will serve on terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by the Board and the CFO.
