Hindustan Appliances AGM to be held on June 25, 2026

Hindustan Appliances Ltd. announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 25, 2026. The board meeting on May 29, 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the reappointment of Mr. Kalpesh Rameshchandra Shah as a director and took note of the appointment of Ms. Julie Mehul Shah as an Additional Director, recommending her appointment as a Director subject to shareholder approval. The register of members will be closed from June 19, 2026, to June 25, 2026, for the AGM.
