Hindustan Appliances: Register Closure from June 19-25, 2026

Hindustan Appliances Ltd. announced that the Register of Members will remain closed from June 19, 2026, to June 25, 2026, both days inclusive, for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, re-appointment of Mr. Kalpesh Rameshchandra Shah as director, and the appointment of Ms. Julie Mehul Shah as a Director, subject to shareholder approval. The Annual General Meeting will be held on June 25, 2026. No dividend was recommended for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
