Hindustan Composites Declares 420% Special Interim Dividend

Hindustan Composites Ltd announced a Special Interim Dividend of 420%, amounting to Rs. 21 per equity share with a face value of Rs. 5, for the financial year 2026-27. The dividend declaration was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on October 12, 2026. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is fixed as October 16, 2026. The dividend payment is expected to be completed within 30 days from the declaration date, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
