Hindustan Construction Co. Acquires Steiner Eagle AG Through Wholly Owned Subsidiaries

Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd. has completed all required conditions for the acquisition of Steiner Eagle AG, Switzerland through its wholly owned subsidiaries, HCC Mauritius Investment Limited and HCC Mauritius Enterprises Limited. The acquisition was pursuant to an agreement entered with Uniresolv SA, Geneva on December 20, 2024, and Steiner Eagle AG has become a wholly owned, step-down subsidiary of the company with effect from the same date. The acquisition was made in exchange for shares of Steiner AG, Switzerland.
