HCC Board Meeting on Nov 5 to Approve Q2 FY27 Results

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 5, 2026, in Mumbai. The primary agenda item is the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for company securities has been closed for designated persons since October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are officially declared.
