HCC: Independent Director Mahendra Singh Mehta Demise

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) announced the demise of Mr. Mahendra Singh Mehta, an Independent Director, on May 22, 2026. Mr. Mehta had been associated with the Board since 2019 and contributed significantly to HCC. The Board of Directors and employees have conveyed their condolences to his family. Following his demise, Mr. Mehta has ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company. This intimation is pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
