Hindustan Foods Ltd Subsidiary Acquires Ice-Cream Cone Manufacturing Units for Rs. 26.25 Crores

HFL Consumer Products Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindustan Foods Limited, has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Ashish Industries and Vijay to acquire their manufacturing facilities situated at Malegaon, Sinnar, Nashik. The facilities are engaged in the business of ice-cream cone manufacturing and sleeve printing and packaging of cones plants. The transaction is on a slump sale and going concern basis, and is expected to be completed by the 3rd Quarter of FY 2025-26. The total cash consideration for the acquisition is INR 26,25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Six Crores Twenty Five Lakhs only).
