Hindustan Foods Limited announced a change in the designation of Mr. Shashi Kalathil from Independent Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. This change is effective from the closing hours of September 23, 2026, following the completion of his second term as an Independent Director. Mr. Kalathil will also continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board. The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Nikhil Vora as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director due to increased professional commitments. The company also reconstituted its Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
