Hindustan Hardy Ltd Appoints Mr. Aurobind Ashabhai Patel as Non-Executive Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Hardy Ltd, at its meeting held on March 13, 2026, appointed Mr. Aurobind Ashabhai Patel as an Additional Director Designated as Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years from March 13, 2026, to March 12, 2031. Mr. Patel holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Mumbai University and an MFA in design from Southeastern Massachusetts University. He has previously worked as a designer in New York and as Design Director of The Economist, London. He is currently a consultant to leading newspapers in India and elsewhere on matters of publication design. Mr. Patel is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Directors and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such Authority.
