Hindustan Housing Reappoints M.M. Nissim & CO as Statutory Auditors

Hindustan Housing Company Ltd's Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of M/S M.M. NISSIM & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors for a second term of 5 consecutive years. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the Members at the forthcoming AGM and is effective from the conclusion of the 90th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 95th Annual General Meeting. M.M. Nissim & CO LLP has been in practice since 1927 and offers a wide range of professional services.
