Hindustan Media Ventures to Invest Rs. 6.99 Crore in iDecorwala Spacefold Interiortech Labs

Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd. has entered into an agreement to invest Rs. 6.99 Crore in iDecorwala Spacefold Interiortech Labs Private Limited by subscribing to its equity shares/ convertible equity linked instruments (compulsory convertible preference shares). The investment is aimed at leveraging media assets owned by the target entity and potentially generating capital returns in the future. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and does not require any governmental or regulatory approvals. The investment is expected to be completed in November 2024.
