Hindustan Petroleum Appoints Smt. Srividya Venkataraman as Director – Finance

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has announced the appointment of Smt. Srividya Venkataraman as Director – Finance, effective immediately. She replaces Shri K S Shetty, who held the additional charge. Smt. Venkataraman's appointment is for a term of five years or until her superannuation. She is a seasoned finance professional with over three decades of experience in the energy sector, previously serving as Executive Director - Corporate Treasury at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). Her expertise spans treasury management, taxation, risk management, and investor relations. At BPCL, she was instrumental in mobilizing over ₹30,000 crore in project finance and played a key role in initiatives like the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme and Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY).
