Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has issued a notice for its 74th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The company will also present its Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, which includes audited financial statements (standalone and consolidated), Directors' Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion & Analysis Report.
