HUL Board Approves Re-appointment of Ashu Suyash as Independent Director

Hindustan Unilever Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Ms. Ashu Suyash (DIN: 00494515) as an Independent Director for a term of five years. The new term will commence from November 12, 2026, and conclude on November 11, 2031. This re-appointment is based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to the approval of shareholders. Ms. Suyash brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the Indian financial services and global information services sectors, spanning banking, capital markets, investment management, ratings, and analytics. She is the Founder & CEO of Colossa Ventures and also serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited and Tata Elxsi Limited. She is a Chartered Accountant and has held leadership positions at CRISIL Limited, L&T Investment Management, and Fidelity India Mutual Fund.
