HUL Board to consider Q2 FY27 results & interim dividend on Oct 28, 2026

Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the Board will consider a proposal for the payment of an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2027. Following the Board Meeting, a presentation to analysts and investors on the financial results will be conducted on the same day.
