HUL FY26 Consolidated Turnover ₹63,763 Cr; Recommends ₹22 Final Dividend

Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a consolidated turnover from continuing operations of ₹63,763 crores for FY26, an increase from ₹60,573 crores in FY25. However, consolidated Profit Before Tax (PBT) decreased to ₹13,812 crores from ₹14,428 crores in the previous year. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) from continuing operations also saw a slight decrease to ₹10,652 crores from ₹10,680 crores. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹22 per share for FY26. Including the interim dividend of ₹19 per share already paid, the total dividend for FY26 amounts to ₹41 per Equity Share. The record date for the final dividend has been fixed as June 23, 2026. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
