Hindustan Zinc gets Karnataka LoI for Gundlupet REE block

Hindustan Zinc Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Government of Karnataka. This LoI is for the grant of a mining lease for the Gundlupet Rare Earth Elements (REE) and Yttrium Block, covering an area of 314.21 hectares in Chamrajnagar District. The company was the preferred bidder under the Mineral Auction Rules 2015. This development signifies a potential expansion in Hindustan Zinc's resource base and future mining operations in Karnataka.
