Hindustan Zinc Reports Highest Ever Nine Months Mined and Refined Metal Production

Hindustan Zinc Limited has announced its production numbers for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The company reported its highest ever nine months mined metal and refined metal production. The refined metal production was up by 3%, with refined zinc at 613 kt and lead at 170 kt. Saleable silver production was down by 8%. The mine metal production in the third quarter was up by 3% QoQ but down by 2% YoY. The refined metal production in the third quarter was flat YoY and down marginally QoQ. The company also reported a decrease in wind power generation for the third quarter.
