Hindusthan Insulators Appoints Shailendra Jhalani as Deputy MD

Hindusthan Insulators & Industries Ltd announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on October 03, 2026. Mr. Shailendra Jhalani resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and was appointed as Whole-time Director, designated as Deputy Managing Director, for a three-year term effective October 04, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Mool Chand Gauba as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term. Additionally, the Board considered and approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from M/s K.N. Gutgutia & Co. The authorized share capital was also proposed for an increase.
