Hira Automobiles Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons or class of designated persons or connected persons from 01st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 31** December, 2025. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to consider and approve the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company will be informed in due course. Connected/designated persons of the company, including their immediate relatives and insiders, are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.
