Hira Automobiles Ltd to Approve Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for Q3 & Nine Months of FY2025-26 on Feb 14, 2026

Hira Automobiles Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will also discuss other matters as per the agenda. In compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors/officers and designated employees/persons from January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the public announcement of the decision taken by the Board.
