Hisar Metal Industries Appoints Internal Auditor

Hisar Metal Industries Ltd. announced the appointment of Ms. Ritu Agarwal as the Internal Auditor for FY2026-27. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a dividend of ₹1 per share (10%). Additionally, M/s. Naveen Gupta & Co. was appointed as Cost Auditor for FY2026-27. Mr. Manish Jain and Mr. Shreyaskar Chaudhary were appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term. Mr. Rajender Kumar Leekha and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jain resigned from their positions as Independent Directors. The 36th AGM is scheduled for August 28, 2026.
