Hit Kit Global Solutions Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Approval of Audited Financial Results

Hit Kit Global Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. This decision comes in accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person and their immediate Relatives, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 01 April, 2026 till completion of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter ended 31 March, 2026 are made available to the public. All concerned persons are advised not to deal (buy or sell) in Securities of Hit Kit Global Solutions Limited during the said prohibited period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter ended 31° March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
