Hitech Corp Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Hitech Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2019, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut for Insiders, including Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and Connected Persons, from July 1st, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30th, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be communicated separately.
