Hitech Corp Forms Independent Director Committee for Delisting Offer

Hitech Corporation Ltd has formed a Committee of Independent Directors as per Regulation 28 of SEBI Delisting Regulations. This action follows the receipt of the Detailed Public Announcement (DPA) for a Delisting Offer, published on September 28, 2026, by Kreo Capital Private Limited on behalf of Geetanjali Trading and Investments Private Limited, a promoter group member. The committee will provide reasoned recommendations on the Delisting Offer. The committee comprises Dr. Sivaram Swaminathan, Mr. Aditya Sheth, Dr. Anjan Ray, Mrs. Kalpana Merchant, and Dr. Prakash Trivedi.
