UR Sugar Industries Appoints Chandargi & Co as Internal Auditor for FY27

UR Sugar Industries Ltd has appointed M/s. Chandargi & Co, Chartered Accountants, as its Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. The decision was made during the Board Meeting held on August 10, 2026, following approval from the Audit Committee. This re-appointment is in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The disclosure was made as per Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR.
