HLV Ltd Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

HLV Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 28, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the notice for the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 27, 2026, to be held via VC/OAVM. A record date of August 20, 2026, was fixed for the AGM, with book closure from August 21 to August 27, 2026. M/s. RAAM & Associates LLP was appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM. The limited review report from the statutory auditor was also submitted.
