HLV Ltd Reports 9.76% Increase in Net Profit for FY 2024-25

HLV Ltd, a hospitality company, has reported a total income of Rs. 218.40 Crores and a net profit after tax of Rs.26.12 Crores for the financial year 2024-25, reflecting a significant increase of 9.76% compared to the previous year. The company's Hotel at Mumbai had an occupancy level of 74% and an average room rate of Rs. 11,105, resulting in an improved RevPAR of Rs. 8,255. The financial year 2024-25 marked a period of healthy growth for the hospitality sector, supported by increasing occupancy, higher room rates, and a strong rebound in tourist arrivals. The Union Budget 2025-26 has allocated Rs. 2,541 Crore for tourism, reflecting the government's commitment to build India a world-class tourist destination.
