HMT Ltd: Completion of Term for Chairman & Managing Director (Additional Charge), Shri. Rajesh Kohli

HMT Limited has announced the completion of the term for Shri. Rajesh Kohli as Chairman & Managing Director (Additional Charge) with effect from 25th March, 2026. The Ministry of Heavy Industries had extended his additional charge for a period beyond 30th June, 2025 up to his date of superannuation in BHEL or till the joining of a regular incumbent, or until further order. This announcement is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
