
Home First Finance Approves ₹150 Cr NCD Issue
Home First Finance Company India Ltd announced that its Committee of Directors and Review Committee has approved the issuance of up to 15,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, taxable, redeemable, transferable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth ₹150 crore. The NCDs will have a face value of ₹1,00,000 each and are proposed to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE Limited. The issuance will be on a private placement basis to identified investors. The tenure of the NCDs is approximately 59 months and 25 days, with a proposed allotment date of August 28, 2026, and maturity on August 22, 2031. The interest rate will be benchmarked against the 3-month overnight indexed swap (OIS) rate plus a spread, payable quarterly. The NCDs will be secured by a first-ranking pari passu charge on the company's receivables.
