Honda India Power: Final Dividend of ₹13/Share

Honda India Power Products Ltd's board approved a final dividend of ₹13 per equity share (130% of face value ₹10) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on September 17, 2026, with a record date of August 19, 2026.
