Honda India Power Products Appoints Sameer Jain as Whole-Time Director

Honda India Power Products Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Sameer Jain as Whole-Time Director, effective September 01, 2026, for a term of five years. The decision was approved by the company's members in a meeting held on August 26, 2026. Mr. Jain brings nearly three decades of experience in business planning, financial management, and tax compliance. He has held key positions and led strategic initiatives in previous roles. He is also a recipient of the Certificate of Merit under the National Scholarship Scheme and was recognized as "Finance Leader of the Year - Auto 2023". Mr. Jain is not related to any other director and is not debarred from holding a director's office.
