Honeywell India: Record Date Fixed for Final Dividend

Honeywell Automation India Ltd has fixed July 17, 2026, as the record date for determining members' entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The 42nd Annual General Meeting will be held on July 29, 2026, via video conferencing. The book closure dates are set from July 18, 2026, to July 28, 2026. Dividend payment, if approved, will commence from August 5, 2026, subject to tax deduction.
