HUDCO Approves Rs. 2,190 Crore NCDs Issue on Private Placement Basis

Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) has approved the raising of Unsecured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative NCDs (Series-B 2025) worth Rs. 2,190 Crore on Private Placement basis. The Bond Allotment Committee made this decision in their meeting held on 01st May 2025. The NCDs, each with a face value of Rs. 1,00,000, will offer a coupon rate of 6.90% and will be redeemable at par at the end of 5 years from the date of allotment. The interest will be paid yearly on the specified dates.
