HUDCO Plans to Raise Rs.65,000 Crore in FY 2025-26 and Increase Overall Borrowing Limit to Rs.2,50,000 Crore

Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd. has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/04/2025. The agenda includes the consideration and approval of the Annual Resource plan/ Borrowing programme up to a maximum amount of Rs.65,000 Crore during the financial year 2025-26. The Board will also consider increasing the overall borrowing limit to Rs.2,50,000 Crore from the existing limit of Rs.1,50,000 Crore, subject to the approval of shareholders.
